BIO: Gretchen Campbell is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and founder of Grow, Encourage, Empower, a counseling practice in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina focused on the needs of youth, young adults, and parents. In addition to therapeutic counseling for tweens/teens and parent education, she is creator of the online and offline community Brown Girlz Do, a safe space for young girls and women to show up as their authentic selves and connect while doing things they love. She’s also the author of I'm a Mom of a Teen Girl, Help!, released in 2019.
